Living History Museum

Burnside Elementary recently highlighted our 5th-grade students during the monthly PTA presentation, which featured a living history museum! Students brought history to life by selecting a famous historical figure, dressing up as that person, and sharing their stories. Everyone had a fantastic time participating in this event! The presentations included figures ranging from Albert Einstein to Sacagawea, Amelia Earhart, and George Washington Carver. Through this project, students conducted research and learned about the significant roles their chosen individuals played in the history of the United States. The students looked and sounded great! It was a wonderful presentation by all!
