The overarching purpose of America’s Promise is to empower teacher leaders with innovative, evidence-based professional learning, high-quality resources, and immersive civic learning experiences. By strengthening educators’ knowledge, instructional skills, and access to rich American History and Civics (AHC) materials, the program aims to elevate student achievement and deepen student engagement in AHC-focused classrooms.
